Grace Najean’s Founder Perspective
I created the Global Founding Mastermind because I have seen something repeatedly in high-performing leaders: they rarely need more information. They already know how to achieve, solve problems and carry responsibility. What they often need is a space where they can hear themselves again.
I wanted to create a small international leadership community because I believe there is enormous value in learning alongside people who carry similar levels of responsibility but come from different industries, cultures and perspectives. The circumstances may be different, but underneath them, many of the pressures of leadership are deeply human.
That is also why the Mastermind is application-based. I am not interested in creating the biggest room. I want to create the right room, one where people feel safe enough to be honest, challenged enough to grow and supported enough to explore what is really driving the way they lead.
Across the seven weeks, my intention is to help leaders move from constantly reacting and achieving to becoming more conscious of how they are thinking, regulating themselves, making decisions and influencing others.
Sustainable leadership requires more than another strategy because strategy sits on top of the person implementing it. When the internal system is exhausted, disconnected or out of alignment, even a brilliant strategy becomes difficult to sustain. My work is about strengthening the leader beneath the performance so success no longer has to come at the cost of self.
