What Is The Soulfluence™ Retreat?

The Soulfluence™ Retreat is designed for leaders whose responsibilities are substantial and whose performance remains high, but who recognise that pressure, constant decision-making and external expectations can gradually reduce clarity, energy and connection to purpose.

It combines structured leadership development with therapeutic and reflective practices. The intention is not to add another performance system to an already demanding life. It is to create dedicated space for leaders to regulate, reflect and reconnect with the state from which they want to lead.

At the centre of the experience is The Soulfluence™ Method, Grace Najean’s framework for aligned influence. The method integrates three dimensions of leadership:

Dimension
Leadership focus
Retreat application
The Body
Energy and physical foundation
Therapeutic yoga, breathwork, restorative practices and recovery
The Mind
Clarity and mental mastery
Reflection, emotional intelligence and strategic thinking under pressure
The Soul
Soulful leadership and authentic influence
Purpose, values, presence and deeper alignment

This integrated approach is intended for leaders who do not need more information about what matters, but need time and a supportive environment to reconnect with it and bring it into daily life.1

In Grace Najean's Words: Why I Created The Soulfluence™ Retreat

“I created The Soulfluence™ Retreat because, after years of working with high performers, I kept noticing the same quiet pattern. These were capable, accomplished people, leaders who knew how to achieve, decide and deliver, yet somewhere along the way they had drifted from their own energy, clarity and sense of purpose. I knew that experience personally. My own path moved from corporate leadership and high performance into many years of coaching, personal development and inner exploration, and what I found there reshaped everything: lasting transformation does not come from working on the mind alone. We are a whole human system. The body, the mind and a deeper consciousness have to move together.

That is what conventional leadership programmes so often miss. High performers rarely need more information; they already know a great deal. What they lack is uninterrupted space to slow down, regulate their nervous system, hear themselves clearly again, and integrate what they already know into how they actually live and lead. This is why Lombok matters so much. Stepping away from the noise, the demands and the familiar creates room for something quieter to surface, and through nature, therapeutic practice, reflection and The Soulfluence™ Method, people reconnect with who they are beneath their roles, responsibilities and achievements.

My hope is not that someone leaves simply feeling inspired. I want them to return genuinely different in the way they lead, calmer under pressure, clearer in their decisions, more anchored in their values, more trusting of their own inner guidance, and more conscious of the impact they create. To me, that is the next evolution of leadership: not achieving less, but leading and succeeding from a far more aligned place.”

Grace Najean, Founder of The Soulfluence™ and creator of The Soulfluence™ Method

Why Lombok Is Part of the Retreat Experience

Leaders rarely have uninterrupted space to step out of the systems, relationships and routines that shape their everyday decisions. A different environment does not solve every challenge, but it can make room for rest, perspective and more deliberate reflection.

Lombok offers the natural setting for that change of pace. The Soulfluence™ Retreat is designed around boutique accommodation, nourishing meals, ocean views, tropical landscapes, guided practice and time in nature. These elements are not presented as a separate luxury layer. They are part of the retreat’s structure for supporting rest, attention and integration.1

The retreat asks a different question from the one that high achievers often hear at work: not only, “What should I accomplish next?”, but also, “What state do I want to lead from?”

The Leadership Question Behind the Retreat

Many high performers know how to execute, meet expectations and carry responsibility. Yet sustained pressure can make leadership feel increasingly heavy, even where external success continues.

Grace Najean describes this pattern through the Soul-Success Gap: the growing divide between external achievement and internal alignment. It can show up as persistent mental overload, difficulty switching off, decision fatigue, a loss of energy, or a quieter sense that success no longer feels connected to what matters most.2

The Soulfluence™ Retreat is for leaders who want to address that gap before it becomes the default way they work and live. It provides an environment to slow down, reconnect with their inner signals and consider how they want to carry leadership forward.

What Participants Explore During the Retreat

The programme is organised around the Seven Dimensions of Soulful Leadership. Each dimension creates a distinct focus while allowing themes to build across the full retreat.1

Dimension
What participants explore
Energy
Restoring the physical foundation for sustainable leadership
Presence
Slowing the mind, returning to the body and leading from steadiness
Clarity
Creating space for strategic thinking and renewed direction
Emotional intelligence
Deepening self-awareness, regulation and relational leadership
Purpose
Reconnecting with the meaning behind success and leadership
Influence
Leading with authenticity, alignment and grounded presence
Integration

The retreat includes transformational leadership workshops, therapeutic yoga, sound healing, guided meditation, reflective practices and time in nature. No previous yoga or sound-healing experience is required. Practices are guided with an emphasis on regulation, awareness and integration.1

Together, this facilitation structure reflects the retreat’s premise that sustainable leadership is not only a mindset exercise. It also involves the physical, emotional and reflective conditions from which people think, relate and make decisions.1

Who Is The Soulfluence™ Retreat For?

The Soulfluence™ Retreat is designed for adults in positions of leadership, responsibility or high performance. It may be a strong fit for someone who recognises one or more of the following experiences:

  • They are outwardly successful, but feel their energy, focus or sense of purpose has become fragmented.
  • They carry complex decisions and responsibilities with little time to reset.
  • They want to lead with greater emotional intelligence, presence and authenticity.
  • They want a structured leadership experience that includes the body and deeper self, not only strategy and productivity.
  • They are ready to invest time in reflection and practices they can carry into their work and life.

The retreat is particularly relevant to corporate leaders, executives, entrepreneurs, business owners, purpose-led professionals and high performers who want a more sustainable relationship with success.1

How The Soulfluence™ Retreat Differs From a Standard Wellness Retreat

Wellness retreats can offer valuable rest and restoration. The Soulfluence™ Retreat includes restorative practices, but its primary frame is leadership development. It is built for people who want to explore the connection between their energy, inner state, decision-making, purpose and influence.

A typical wellness retreat may focus on
The Soulfluence™ Retreat also focuses on
Rest, relaxation and escape
Leadership recalibration and sustainable integration
General wellbeing activities
Leadership workshops alongside therapeutic and reflective practices
Short-term restoration
Practical reflection on how to return to work and life with greater clarity
Individual relaxation
Emotional intelligence, authentic influence and relational leadership

The difference is not that one approach is better than the other. The Soulfluence™ Retreat is specifically designed for leaders who want renewal to connect directly with the way they lead and live after they return home.
