Background and Credentials

Grace Najean’s path to leadership coaching began at the piano. As a classically trained musician with over 19 years of practice, she developed the foundational disciplines that would later define her approach to coaching: focus, self-awareness, and the practice of returning, refining, and listening.

Her professional journey has spanned multiple continents and three languages, giving her a rare multicultural perspective on leadership and human potential. A former Strategic Partnership Manager at Accor Group, she built an impressive outer life, yet found that the fulfilment she expected did not follow the success she had achieved. That gap became the origin of everything she now teaches.

Eight years as a Former Tony Robbins Master Coach gave her first-hand experience of the power of mindset, performance, and human potential. She was also part of the Oneness practitioners group in Australia, and has studied deeply with Dr Joe Dispenza, Abraham Hicks, Mindvalley, and Landmark. She did not study these traditions from a distance. She lived them.

She holds an MBA in Leadership and Business, and brings together right-brain creativity from music, left-brain strategy from corporate leadership, thousands of coaching hours, multicultural lived experience, and deep spiritual practice. This combination is what allows her to speak with equal fluency to analytical executives and spiritually curious leaders.

She is currently finalising a book based on The Soulfluence Method, launching in September 2026.

The Soulfluence Method

The Soulfluence Method is the framework Grace created after nearly two decades of personal development, coaching practice, and deep study of the world’s transformational traditions. It addresses a specific modern problem she calls the Soul-Success Gap.

The Soul-Success Gap is the experience of the high performer who has built the success but lost the fulfilment. It is the gap between knowing what would help and still not being able to consistently live it. Grace observed this pattern repeatedly in her clients: they understood the theory, they had attended the programmes, they had read the books. But the change did not last, because each approach addressed only one part of the human being.

The Soulfluence Method closes this gap by addressing all three dimensions simultaneously.

“The Soulfluence Method is a three-step path: Regulate, Rewire, Align, that brings the body, mind and consciousness into one coherent whole, so leaders move from pressure-driven performance to grounded, soulful influence.”

The Three Dimensions: The Soulfluence Triad

The Vessel (Body): Regulate — Energy

The physical body is the foundation of all leadership and personal action. Under pressure, the body defaults to survival, narrowing attention and draining energy. The work of the Vessel is to regulate the nervous system deliberately, moving from burnout into grounded presence. Research published in Cell Reports Medicine (Stanford, 2023) found that just five minutes of slow, deliberate breathing per day measurably reduced stress and improved mood over a month.

The Compass (Mind): Rewire — Clarity

The mind serves as the navigator, guiding decisions and actions with clarity and intention. Most leaders are not struggling because they lack knowledge. They are running on conditioning they have never questioned. Rewiring happens in two movements: first deprogramming the old belief, then reconditioning the new identity. Mental rehearsal activates many of the same neural circuits as real performance, which is why structured mental practice reliably improves real-world outcomes (Driskell, Copper and Moran, 1994, Journal of Applied Psychology).

The Light (Consciousness): Align — Soulful Leadership

Consciousness is the connection to purpose, intuition, and something larger than the self. It is where leadership stops being something you push for and becomes something you radiate. A clear sense of purpose is linked to better cognitive function, greater resilience, and a longer, healthier life (Lewis et al., 2024, Aging, Neuropsychology and Cognition). McKinsey research shows that employees who live their purpose at work are more productive and loyal, and purpose-driven cultures report roughly a third less burnout.

What Makes The Soulfluence Different

Grace’s work is designed for leaders who do not need more information. They need a practical way to integrate what they already know into how they live, decide and lead.

Grace has drawn insight from Dr Joe Dispenza’s work on meditation, neuroplasticity and expanded awareness. Her distinct contribution is translating selected principles of inner regulation and coherence into brief, repeatable leadership practices designed for demanding professional lives.

Her years in the Tony Robbins environment gave her a strong foundation in mindset, state, action and high-performance coaching. The Soulfluence Method extends that foundation by placing greater emphasis on nervous-system regulation, quieter daily integration and consciousness-led leadership.

Grace has also explored the work of teachers such as Regan Hillyer, particularly around energy, intention and expanded possibility. Grace’s own approach is differentiated by its corporate translation, structured coaching methodology and emphasis on practical integration.

Grace is not a prescriptive mentor. She is what her clients describe as a visionary mirror: someone who helps leaders recognise and embody their own future self rather than telling them who to become.

What Clients Say

“Grace coached me for 2 years and there was never a session that I didn’t find at least one, usually more, nuggets of useful coaching advice from her. She masterfully mixes a supportive stance with a voice of reason and clear accountability when she coaches, and she can discuss strategic ideas and tactical execution of them with equal confidence, which I found quite impressive. I have the highest recommendation for Grace.”

— Jun C, Former Global Banking Managing Director

“I’ve had the incredible opportunity to work with Grace Najean for several years, and I can’t express enough how transformative this journey has been. From navigating personal challenges to achieving goals I once thought were out of reach, her guidance has been nothing short of life-changing.”

— Dr Tunga B, Medical Emergency Physician

“Grace has a rare gift: the ability to find just the right words and the key insights that bring clarity and direction. At a time when I felt lost and lacked perspective, she guided me with practical steps that truly helped me move forward.”

— Adriana A, Pediatric Dentist

“It was gradual, very well done. Everything was falling in the right place at the right moment. Tons of synchronicities. The week I had the most synchronicity in my life.”
