The Soulfluence Coaching is a leadership coaching, personal development, and speaking education company. We do not sell a business opportunity, “get rich quick”
program, or any guaranteed money-making system. Our programs focus on empowering individuals through education, personal growth, and leadership development.

While we believe that education and personal development can enhance leadership skills and professional opportunities, we do not and cannot guarantee any specific 
results, including financial earnings. We do not make earnings claims, effort claims, return on investment claims, or promises that our training will generate any specific outcome.

Our training includes a mix of coaching, education, leadership development, and mindset training, with tools and resources to support participants on their journey.

Examples, Case Studies, and Hypothetical Scenarios

The Soulfluence Coaching makes no representations regarding the likelihood that any participant in our programs will achieve a specific outcome.
Any case studies, testimonials, or success stories shared in Company presentations, materials, or marketing do not guarantee similar results for any participant.

Any past performance of program graduates is not indicative of future results. Individual outcomes will vary based on personal effort, background, skills, industry
factors, market conditions, and personal application of the training.

Lending and Financing

The Soulfluence Coaching does not provide loans, credit, financial advice, or credit counseling services.
We do not issue credit or provide consulting services related to obtaining lines of credit.

this decision is solely their responsibility. The Soulfluence Coaching does not receive referral fees or financial incentives from any lenders or financial service providers.

Borrowing money for training, coaching, or personal development may increase financial risk, including the possibility of incurring additional debt, fees, or financial hardship.

If a participant is unable to make minimum payments on borrowed funds, they may face additional fees, penalties, and potential damage to their credit profile.

Customer Satisfaction Surveys

To continuously improve our services, The Soulfluence Coaching regularly surveys participants about their experiences in our programs.
However, we recognize that not all participants implement or complete the full training, and some may enroll solely for personal development or networking.

Testimonials and reviews featured in our materials reflect the individual experiences and opinions of participants. Individual results will vary, and these testimonials may not be typical.
Outcomes depend on factors including:
